The kitchen is part of the restaurant and  you may watch the preparation of the dishes, roasted on the spit or barbecue. The menu offers traditional cuisine with recipes that vary depending on the season and offer truly authentic combinations of flavours, textures and aromas.

On sunny days, guests can also eat out on the beautiful terrace that offers spectacular views of the Urgellet Valley.
